3. Lavishta schedules the delivery.
4. Receive your order at the destination.

How timing is set

The delivery time for an order is decided by Lavishta and its delivery partner. Your location and the available delivery option determine the applicable charge and timeframe.

Delivery conditions

Timeframes may change because of internal or external factors, including force majeure, government holidays and transportation. Customers are expected to comply with both Lavishta’s and the delivery partner’s policies regarding delivery and cancellation.

How much does regular delivery cost?

Regular delivery is BDT 70 inside Dhaka and BDT 120 outside Dhaka.

When is regular delivery free?

Regular delivery is free on purchases over BDT 10,000. This does not apply to same-day delivery.

How can I ask about same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery costs BDT 120–170 and is available only in select areas inside Dhaka. Ask customer care about availability for your destination.
